Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip) is required for all returns.

Items purchased on sale or during clearance events are final sale and not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.

2. Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for size or color variations of the same item, subject to availability.

If the desired exchange item is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund for the returned item.

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Like returns, exchanged items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team techflowxpress@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the RA number and a copy of your proof of purchase.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
