Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with TecHub Connect! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below:

1. Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip) is required for all returns.

  • Items purchased on sale or during clearance events are final sale and not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.

2. Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for size or color variations of the same item, subject to availability.

  • If the desired exchange item is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund for the returned item.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Like returns, exchanged items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team techflowxpress@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the RA number and a copy of your proof of purchase.

  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
